Corevolution Manifesto

Corevolution Manifesto
CorevolutionNYC is Fitness for humans

The CorevoltuionNYC approach to fitness does not guarantee any results nor provide hard fast rules.

In fact, it’s fitness and everything in moderation. Small changes, small advancements. You are not REQUIRED to change anything but you will want to. Here, nothing is off limits. There’s no mandatory workout time, routine or diet. Any and every activity you do is an accomplishment and a step forward. The concept of regression/failure does not exist in the CorevolutionNYC approach to fitness.
You’ve heard it a thousand times--’everything in moderation.’ if that’s the case, then why do gyms and trainers continue to sell military workout regimes to the average person. Be here five days a week, cut out white food, work through the pain.
More often than not--these approaches fail. Dime a dozen trainers with online certifications are working their asses off to sell, sell, sell. They don’t care about your results.
They care about making money. Most likely, they're a bi-product of the recession economy and spent $100 to purchase an online Personal Trainer certification. If you don't believe me, google it. It's easier than ever to become a so-called trainer...but if you decide to go the trainer route that's a whole other article! I know first hand. I've worked in McDonaldesque gyms and trainers come and go through a revolving door. Annnyway...
CorevolutionNYC is a holistic approach to fitness--from your core (physical, mental and intellectual) to your entire being. Your Core is you.
The CorevolutionNYC approach to fitness is entirely based on rewards.
The first thing you need to know is that financial circumstances are no excuse to not workout. You don't need a gym to be fit!
A gym is to a client what a cathedral is to a catholic. An institution where like-minded individuals gather to gain motivation, inspiration and discipline. (or guilt and envy!)
Nothing more. You do not need a gym membership, a personal trainer or expensive gadgets to get in shape.
Maybe you’ll be skeptical when I say--all you need is YOU.
